We are currently recruiting a Head Steward to be a part of our integral team at Alma WO’s and Sgt’s Mess, Alma Lines, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3AQ

- Full time - 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7. Shifts ranging between 6.30am - 11pm

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervision of services within the Mess
- Accountability for the effective supervision and performance of front-line colleagues within the mess
- Assist with function preparation as directed by the Mess Manager i.e. Silver cleaning dining room layout etc
- Completion of company paperwork
- Cash handling and till operation
- Completion of company paperwork
- Ordering stock and stock rotation

**Experience**
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and food safety requirements.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.73 per hour
