***This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or administration assistant to join CWA in this newly created role. There will never be two days the same in this role as you will be working with both internal college colleagues, students and our external partners such as the University of Suffolk (UoS) and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

The UoS, in partnership with the College of West Anglia, is proposing the creation of the East of England ‘Centre of Excellence for Health Apprenticeships’ (CEHA). CEHA will provide a much needed, single one-stop shop for the region’s integrated care systems (ICS) to recruit and train staff/talent to support the delivery of NHS and social care services. Through an integrated offer of apprenticeship pathways, across levels 2 to 7, CEHA will have the strategic intention to support the growth of the talent pipeline into the East of England’s integrated care systems. We wish to recruit an apprenticeship administrator to support CWA's work with the centre of excellence.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving apprenticeships team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year for curriculum staff,** plus** five College closure days, **plus **Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time), fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme with the Local Government Pension Scheme, discounts with local businesses and access to a cycle to work scheme. CWA focusses on staff well-being and utilises both internal and external resources, such as a well-being committee and access to a free and confidential counselling helpline as well as comprehensive training and development.

**Please note that all interviews are conducted face to face, we are unable to facilitate online interviews.**
