Finance Business Partner

**The Business**
A PE-backed, highly acquisitive business with a head office in Chorley, with 3 other sites in the UK and two international (US and China). With turnover exceeding £100m, they employ over 600 people and have ambitious plans to continue their growth and are embarking on a number of projects to support that growth - one of which is the implementation of a new ERP system, which is currently 2/3 of the way through.
**The Role**
They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to focus on data analysis and strategic decision making throughout the business, working closely with the SLT and the wider board. Internally and externally, they have access to huge amounts of data which if used correctly, could support the business in its endeavours to increase EBITDA. In addition, they remain a high growth business with aspirations to increase their top line by way of new market penetration, increasing market share in existing accounts and markets, and more agile pricing methods. In order to achieve this, they need someone who can manage, review, manipulate and derive insights from the data. You will support with decision making across numerous strategic dilemmas, create dynamic modelling for business scenarios, and consult with various stakeholders to investigate their proposals ensuring the data justifies the proposal.
**Requirements**:
- Qualified, part-qualified or QBE
- Experience with data analysis, financial modelling and strategic decision making
- Advanced excel skills
- Great attitude, prepared to take on responsibility
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Exposure to AI within a business from an intelligence and Data context would be advantageous
