**Key Duties**
- Handle and resolve a number of disputes.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports for internal purposes.
- Approve dispute cases, assess evidence provided and log all disputes.
- Complaint resolution.
- Assist with training of staff as and when required.
- Liaise with third parties, such as Letting and Estate Agents, Landlords and Tenants.

**Key Skills**
- Experience in the property sector is desirable.
- Experience of claims handling.
- Basic understanding of the insurance or financial industry.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to plan and organise.
- Drive and determination.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Hours**: Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)

**Salary**: £24,000- £26,000

**Location**: Borehamwood - Hybrid/Remote working also available.
