**Customer Assistant - Nisa Stilton**

**The Role**:
We are looking for two part-time or one full-time individual to join our team as Customer Assistants. The Customer Assistant role is to support the store team to deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before task every time by working as a team. We have small teams in our stores, so we expect everyone to support and contribute across all areas of the store.

As we offer full training, you don’t need any retail experience. We’ll make sure you know everything you need to do a great job. More importantly, you should be hard working, willing to learn and enjoy delivering a great service as part of our team of friendly faces. You should also be able to work flexibly, including some evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- In this role, you will greet and welcome our customers warmly, engaging with them to find out their shopping needs, sell the right products to them and make their shopping experience a great one.
- As well as having brilliant customer service, you’ll also need to be a team player, making sure that your store is always looking great, with the right products on the shelves.
- Be hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of the store team and on own initiative
- Enjoying working in a fast-paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges

- Greet each customer with a warm and friendly welcome
- Listen to and talk with customers to find out what their needs are
- Do your best to make sure the customer finds everything they want
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services
- Always be in store, on time, smartly dressed and ready to serve
- Be driven, energetic, and be persistent

**What can we offer?**
- 20hrs per week + potential to do overtime (part-time)

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
