Summary **The Hours: **Full time, working 5 days a week. Typical shift between 10am-5pm, weekend work required (no split shifts or evening work). Weekly rotas provided. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work eachmonth may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

**The Salary**: £9.90ph (Equivalent £19305.00 per annum)

**Duration**:Permanent with role progression opportunities

**Interview Date**: 24th January 2023

**Start Date**: ASAP

What it's like to work here Basildon is a magnificent house, which features the "Tool Shed" tea-room, and an Ice Cream parlour. This property has been used as a filming location for multiple well known films and Netflix shows. Team Leaders may have the opportunity to work on such filmingproductions if scheduled. This is fast paced and busy outlet, with plenty of progression opportunity and development is encouraged.

What you'll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.

As a Team Leader will support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.
