**The Opportunity**

Our fabulous food and beverage team members have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You will be part of a great team delivering high-class food and beverage experiences in this hotel.

You will be working, passionately to engage in conversation with guests preparing their food and beverage orders, using upselling opportunities, and making guests smile.

You will be responsible for preparing the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring high standards of presentation are met. As the face of the business, you will be an ambassador of the hotel, upholding the brand's reputation through delivering exceptional customer service.

The Holiday Inn Basildon, which is located opposite the Festival Park, provides the perfect venue for conference meetings, weddings & events and leisure guests. It has 148 bedrooms and a selection of dining options. We are a friendly and approachable team here at the hotel, with a culture which highly encourages personal development.
