Our client is a well-established HR Consultancy, and they take the time to listen, learn and understand the way companies work. They work in close partnership to deliver bespoke HR services that help businesses to thrive and grow. Their team offers a full range of HR services, including regular day-to-day support, strategic consultancy, one-off project work, and a rapid response service for those challenging times when urgent support is required.

**Location**: Hybrid / Basingstoke

**Contract**: 12 months FTC (Maternity Cover)

**Hours**: 30 hours a week (flexible work pattern Monday to Friday)
**Salary**: £17.90 per hour (£35k FTE) plus profit-related bonus

**HR Advisor **as their team continues to grow. Are you looking for a HR Advisor role with a difference? Do you want a role which provides an abundance of variety and continual learning and development? You will have a wealth of HR generalist experience and excellent interpersonal skills which you will use to build relationships and advise our clients on the appropriate course of action. Advice will cover the full range of HR topics.

**Key responsibilities will involve**:

- Supporting HR consultants with project work
- Managing a busy workload of varied HR-related tasks
- Providing all-round support to numerous companies

**Our ideal applicant will**:

- **be CIPD qualified to at least level 5**:

- be an experienced HR generalist with robust and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation in key areas
- Already working at an Advisor or HR Business Partner level
- be able to demonstrate experience in conducting recruitment processes
- have extensive experience in advising a number of line managers in a variety of HR areas, including disciplinary and grievance
- have worked with HR systems (Breathe HR, People HR etc) although training will be provided
- be experienced in dealing with payroll
- be a team player who recognises the importance of working together
- be accurate with a very good eye for detail
- have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with our clients
- have a keen commitment to client satisfaction
