A day in the life of

As Housekeeping Supervisor you will work closely wit the Head Housekeeper by leading the housekeeping team and being a key member of the Hotel’s Management team. You will display a proactive and innovative approach to skill development and enhancement in your team while accurately assessing needs of the business in terms of staffing and ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and monitored throughout the hotel. Finally, you will co-ordinate constructively with both reception and reservations so that the day-to-day operational requirements are successfully delivered.

This is a hands on role, you will be responsible to ensure all departmental cleaning is complete with the support of the members of the Housekeeping Department, including departures and stayovers.

Based in the AC Hotel, Belfast you will be part of a family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Our Riverside, City Centre location is a perfect base for our guests and we have a full service Restaurant - Novellis at City Quays and conferencing facilities inhouse.
