Weekend Breakfast Supervisor - The Grosvenor

Up to £12 per hour plus guaranteed tips (tronc) and company benefits

16 hours per week over 2 days (weekends required)

Due to our rural location, your own transport is recommended

Ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the restaurant weekend breakfast service will be your number one goal - ensuring you and your team are prepared to focus on the guests' experience by upholding our exceptional service levels. The ability to lead from the front and showcase your passion for hospitality is paramount.

Your role

Ideally you should possess prior experience at a supervisory level in a hotel or restaurant. You should be confident, yet approachable, with outstanding leadership skills and a positive and bright outlook. Great time-management, self-motivation and a drive to push our breakfast experience to the next level are essential

Our breakfast service runs from 7am so you must be a morning bird and be ready to meet and greet our guests each morning with open arms

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
