I am working with an internationally recognised publisher. This organisation is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team, consult, advise the marketing function as well as report on campaign successes to senior leadership teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and activate the organisations campaign strategy
- Work with the marketing function to devise and drive content marketing programs that reach key internal stakeholders across the full channel mix
- Advise other social media teams, and take lead on community marketing tactics, insights and learnings from corporate channels, and Press-wide initiatives
- Innovate and evolve brand marketing tactics, utilising digital and social intelligence tools to increase content effectiveness.
- Devise and create a social media calendar, report effectively on social media campaigns and report to key stakeholders across the business on campaigns success

Personal profile:

- Proficient in managing social media marketing campaigns, across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to analyse campaign data and report on KPI's
- Skilled in devising social media marketing strategies, as well as having an innovative mindset to delivering new key campaigns and develop social growth
- Experience in content management and digital content systems
- Skilled in data visualisation to report on campaigns such as excel or Tableau
- Excellent campaign management, ensuring campaigns are on time and to budget
- Excellent eye for detail for content to engage internally and externally across large, matrixed business'
