Job Title: PPC Executive

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

About Us: Simon Charles Auctioneers is one of Europe’s leading auction houses. With thousands of items selling every week, we partner with some of the biggest brands in the UK. As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a talented PPC Executive to join our friendly team and drive our advertising efforts on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.

Alongside our core business, we are launching a very exciting SaaS platform to shake up the C2C marketplace. This role will cover both sides of the business meaning you get to benefit from the support of a very established, industry leader, whilst having the excitement and flexibility of working on a startup project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective paid media strategies (PPC, Display & Search) to achieve company goals, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts to maximise ROI and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad performance analysis to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics and performance insights to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads, with a successful track record of delivering results either in-house or within an agency.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Ads including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable managing large advertising budgets.
- Results-focused and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Google Ads certified.
- Microsoft Ads experience would be advantageous.
- Be brave - Don’t be afraid to make suggestions on how to improve our business.
- Creative - There’s no such thing as a bad idea. We want you to feel comfortable in coming up with new and innovative ways to market Simon Charles.
