**PPC Executive**

****Role Summary**

****You will be responsible for supporting our acquisition strategies across both our brands; musicMagpie in the UK and Decluttr in the US.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Carry out daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook and other platforms
- Assist in planning, optimisation and implementation of PPC campaigns
- Work with PPC team and wider marketing team to ensure all activity compliments wider marketing efforts and overall digital strategy
- Maintain and monitor; bids, budgets, competitive metrics, quality score and other key account metrics
- Test and Learn - new and emerging PPC trends/opportunities, ad copy testing, bid strategy testing, ad formats, placements, feed optimisations etc. that will help drive acquisition and create competitive advantage
- Keep pace with search and social industry trends and developments
- Monitor web analytics dashboards/key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance/opportunity
- Provide regular insight on account performance and market trends
- Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across key paid search, paid social, shopping and display channels
- To think strategically and make suggestions on how to develop our paid activity to achieve the highest return in each territory
- Work closely with PPC team and wider marketing department to meet company goals
- Work with key advertising partners to maintain and build close relationships

**Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Preferred 2+ years’ hands on experience in Paid Search/Display/Paid Social
- Experience in or working with clients within e-commerce industry
- Must be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/Word/PowerPoint
- Experience working with Google Analytics
- Experience working with Google Shopping/product feeds preferred but not essential
- A passion for all things PPC and digital
- Keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset
- Google Certifications preferred but not essential
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

- Hitting account level volume and efficiency targets
- Demonstrating consistent accuracy in meeting budget requirements
- Demonstrating a clear ‘test and learn’ approach with actionable results
