**Customer Experience Associate**

Are you a customer-centric individual with a passion for technology hardware and providing exceptional service? Tactus Group, a leading ecommerce company specialising in technology and gaming hardware, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic CX Associate to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. The role will be based at one of our Group companies, Box.

**Role Summary**

As a CX Associate, your primary responsibility will be to handle first-line customer inquiries across various platforms. You will diligently complete all operational tasks within the CX team, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Your dedication to a customer-first approach will be instrumental in making our customers happy and fostering a positive culture at Tactus Group.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries across all platforms promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently complete all assigned tasks within designated SLAs and KPIS.
- Demonstrate a customer-first attitude in every interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Embrace and contribute to the Tactus Group culture, promoting engagement and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the CX team to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Build relationships across the business to solve problems and help customer enquiries to be resolved promptly.
- Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by CX management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about technology hardware and the ecommerce industry is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to various customer needs.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Able to work on occasional late shifts until 9pm.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
