The Service

The Strategic Estates Team is at the forefront of ensuring the Council has a fit for purpose property portfolio that meets the needs of the services it provides.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware individual join us to undertake a range of interesting and challenging work. This will involve providing a wide-ranging professional property management service for the acquisition, disposal and day to day management of commercial and residential property. Support will be given to achieving Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors through the Assessment of Professional Competence.

We are offering:

- A starting salary of £24,496 - £26,845 (Band 5)
- 25 days annual leave plus public and bank holidays (rising to 30 after 5 years of service)(pro-rata for part-time employees)

Essential requirements:
You must have a degree level or equivalent qualification in real estate or property management

This post involves travel throughout the County therefore you must be able to meet the transport requirements.
