Due to**continued growth** the position of **Senior Quantity Surveyor**has become available to join our growing team based in **North East of England.**This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Regional Delivery Partnership is a framework contract with Highways England for the development, design and construction of capital road projects. The Costain Jacobs Partnership were awarded two lots; Lot 7 (East Region) & Lot 8 (North Region).
This vacancy relates to Lot 8 for the delivery of 3 schemes along the A1 corridor in Newcastle and Northumberland, with combined scheme budgets in excess of £550M.

This role is hybrid with the expectation to be on site in Blaydon 2-3 days a week.

**Role Requirements**
- Post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry with demonstrable track record of achievement- ideally within transportation.
- Will hold or be nearing completion of Full Membership with RICS / CIECS
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
