Due to recent project wins, the position of **Quantity Surveyor **has become available to join our **driven team** based in **North East of England. **This is a 12 month **fixed** term contract

The Regional Delivery Partnership is a framework contract with Highways England for the development, design and construction of capital road projects. The Costain Jacobs Partnership were awarded two lots; Lot 7 (East Region) & Lot 8 (North Region).
This vacancy relates to Lot 8 for the delivery of 3 schemes along the A1 corridor in Newcastle and Northumberland, with combined scheme budgets in excess of £550M.

This role is based on site, with hybrid working considered.

**Role Requirements**
- You will hold a RICS/CICES accredited degree
- Relevant commercial experience on a major infrastructure project
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
