Excel Data Administrator

Our client are looking for a Excel Data Administrator to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This is a temporary position to start with but could possible lead to a more permanent role further down the line.

**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the administration of all L&D programs, including scheduling, registration, and tracking attendance.
- Work closely with L&D team members to support all aspects of program delivery.
- Coordinate logistics for L&D activities, including booking facilities and arranging catering.
- Maintain accurate records of training activity and employee development.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel to track training metrics and analyse data.
- Update L&D content on learning management system.
- Assist with researching and sourcing external training providers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an L&D administration role.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience managing data and creating reports.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience coordinating events and logistics.
- Previous experience working in a corporate environment preferred.

You will be required to undertake an Excel test which we can send to you if you are short listed for this role.
