Actaris is looking for a **Front of House** **Supervisor** in **Buntingford, Hertfordshire.**

As Supervisor, you will be part of a team to deliver a warm, friendly professional service and experience for our guests anticipating their needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve returning customers time and time again.

We are looking for a supervisor that has:

- A warm personable and professional nature
- An eye for detail
- Passion for and knowledge of food, cocktails and wine
- Delivery top service ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Supervise the team during service.
- Set up the venue for each day/service according to the bookings.
- Report any guest feedback.
- Be familiar with all billing procedures.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate professional willing to go the extra mile to meet and exceed our guests’ expectations. Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner, meeting the expectations required.

In return, we are offering a salary package of £33,500 including tronc per annum.

Whilst this position is a full-time post we would consider part-time applicants also.
