We are looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor to work on the streets directing and managing a team. Your role is to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.

**What you will do**:

- You will manage your on-street team of staff.
- Communicate effectively and lead from the front
- Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed
- Motivate, praise and develop your team
- Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues
- Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identifying training needs for operational staff
- You will identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract

**What you will bring**:

- You will need to have 3 years minimum management experience/supervisor experience or equivalent level of training
- Be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
- Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
- Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports
- **Hold a Full clean Drivers Licence**
