The Fleet Coordinator role is a permanent position based in Enfield.

**The Role**

**What you will do**:

- Taking responsibility for all vehicles and legislation, maintenance and quality control across the fleet
- Co-ordinating driver briefing/training records
- Facilitate driver’s hours rules and infringements, reporting to managers on any breaches, and repeated infringements
- Facilitate driver training
- Continuous monitoring and tracking of drivers as well as supporting with road issues and escalating as required
- Investigate, report and follow up on maintenance failings
- Conducts Fleet compliance audits; daily, weekly and monthly
- Processing of Penalty Charge Notices and update the PCN log when needed
- Monitoring network performance KPI’s
- Monitoring and reporting on maintenance and damage costs
- Administration of the vehicle accident process - from initial report through to repaid, including liaison with insurers, in line with Company procedures.
- Ensure vehicle checks are completed for each vehicle daily and reporting as required and repeating faults not cleared.

**Skill and Experience**
- Good PC skills and experience in a TMS, generating reports, with the management of KPI’s
- Experience in driver management and transport operations
- Great communication skills, working with transport and operations teams
- The ability to problem-solve and make evidence led decisions
