The Role:

- You will help set the agenda and execute the actions from our new Aspire CIGs, the ‘Social Value & Sustainability Forum’ and the ‘Research & Innovation Forum’ finding good causes for us to invest in that deliver the biggest impact and are pioneering and forward looking._
- You will support the team in organising Customer events, both workshops and information sharing webinars, but also social and hospitality events throughout the year._
- You will oversee the management of the Workplace Operations Cost Centre, ensuring we operate within budget and that we maximize the effectiveness of our spend._

The Team:

- Reporting to the Head of Workplace Operations, you will be the lynchpin around which the Workplace Operations Team operates, you will co-ordinate the teams’ events, both professional and social, encourage collaboration and arrange regular team workshops, wellness events and volunteering days to support our local communities and ensure as a team we give back to those that live and work in the areas we operate._

What you will be responsible for:

- Team Management_
- _ Responsible for delivering frequent team workshops, to bring the teams together to share news and information, encourage collaboration and build team cohesion._
- _ Responsible for delivering frequent team volunteering days and fund-raising events in order to enhance the social value we create in the communities we operate._
- Aspire_
- _ Supporting the Senior Aspire Service Delivery Managers in setting agendas for the regular Aspire meetings as set out in the Aspire Governance framework and issuing to attendees in advance._
- _ Attending each Aspire framework meeting to contribute to the discussion on behalf of Workplace Operations (as the Landsec Representative) and supporting the execution of any actions._
- _ Take minutes of each meeting and circulating the documents to each Aspire body (as defined in the governance framework) within 3 working days of the meeting._
- _ Organizing both the Aspire Annual Awards and Aspire Annual Christmas Party._
- Customer Experience_
- Reporting/Communication_
- _ Collate the various elements of performance data generated by the team into a single, consistent, concise, and easy to read monthly ‘management information’ report comprising of service partner performance, energy intensity levels, customer satisfaction, footfall and other metrics to be confirmed and issued in a timely manner to specific members of the Landsec Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT)._
- Office Management_
- _ Oversee the management of the Workplace Operations Management Office (currently 16 Palace Street) ensuring the office is operating efficiently and that the space is well maintained and provisioned to support the requirements of the team within the budget set._
- Financial Management_
- _ Responsibility for the management of management office budget._
- _ Responsibility for the management of the Workplace Operations Cost Centre_
- _ Responsibility for the management of the Aspire ‘Levy’ Budget_
- _ Responsibility for the management of the Aspire ‘Sustainability & Social Value’ Fund and the Aspire ‘Research & Innovation’ Funds in line with the framework set out I the governance document._

Your skills, experience and qualifications:
Essential criteria
- _ Proven history of working within a team and motivating others._
- _ Experience of working in a customer-facing environment_
- _ Experience of financial management including operating and maintaining budget forecasting._
- _ Experience of delivering operational targets in a fast-paced and changing environment_
- _ Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the business to achieve results._
- _ Strong administrative background_
- _ A high standard of computer literacy will be required._
