Our client is expanding their Lancaster office and looking for a conveyancing assistant to assist their Conveyancers with the caseload to an agreed operational standards and to manage the transactions pro-actively through to exchange and completion while delivering strong client service and developing established relationship with work providers including internal referrers.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Conveyancer dealing with freehold and leasehold sale and purchase files with registered and unregistered titles
- To carry out the conveyancing work to ensure that good and marketable legal title is obtained on behalf of the client and ensure adherence with lender requirements and handbooks and CQS protocol and that appropriate advice is given and client interests protected.
- Responsibility for delivering strong client service through effective communication with clients and third parties and pro-active management of cases

Essential skills:

- Experience of residential conveyancing across relevant transaction types
- Understanding of CQS and lender requirements
