REED Legal are recruiting on behalf of an established firm of solicitors based in Lancaster who are looking for an experienced **Property Paralegal**to join their fantastic property team. This role will include assisting a senior solicitor in a very fast-paced department.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of **12 months previous experience** in a property paralegal role is essential.
- Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice desirable.
- You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.
- Experience of Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry Portal are essential.

**Role specifics include**:

- Updating clients on case progress
- Communicating with Estate agents and other agencies
- Day to day assistance for the property team
- issue contracts

**Benefits**:
**Salary**: 20 -22k

Full-time permanent basis to work at their offices based in Lancaster.
