**The Main Purpose of the role**:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the recruitment across our Professional Services and Care Homes which are key business units within the group of companies that make up Impact.

This role will guide the ethos and methodology for good recruitment practices by coaching and collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on best practices whilst delivering a high level of service and sourcing the best talent.

You will be expected to help design and implement recruitment processes whilst carrying out recruitment for the businesses and managing the coordination and administration of all recruitment across the required business units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the recruitment process and tools for recruiting managers and HR business partners.
- Coach and train managers and HR BPs in recruitment best practices, delivering practical hands-on learning.
- Carry out the recruitment for all of the business within the specified business units and liaise with recruiting managers to understand their needs.
- Develop knowledge of the business to enable the identification of required talent and turn this into attractive job propositions.
- Work with the Recruitment Coordinator to ensure all coordination and administration across the group is done to the highest standards, providing hands-on support to HR Business Partners.
- Continuously work on improving our Employer Branding, spotting opportunities to raise our company profile at every opportunity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
