**Trainee Mortgage Advisor**
Norfolk & Suffolk area’s (must be able to commute into Norwich)
£24,000 starting salary increasing once qualified OTE once qualified exceeds £75k PA

This isan opportunity to join an innovative company, that are looking to implement change into customers mortgage journeys.

Our client has invested heavily in technology to ensure a smooth process for both broker & customer.

You will be provided with a full academy training programme that will support you through your Trainee Mortgage Advisor journey, allowing you to initially work closely with the team of experienced brokers & existing case management team to gain lending knowledge,liaising with customers, lenders, solicitors & surveyors before transitioning into an advisor role once fully qualified.

**Requirements**:

- Sales minded / motivated individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
- Extremely organised with exceptional time management skills
- IT Literate
