The role of the **Marketing Manager**:
As Marketing Manager, you will have complete bottom-line responsibility for creating and executing innovative, international marketing plans deploying online and offline direct marketing tactics.
Reporting to the UK Marketing Director this role will be focused on generating leads and outbound activity across 5-8 events within different portfolios. The Marketing Manager is expected to be flexible and organised with their time, often supporting thesales team with campaigns.
The responsibilities of the **Marketing Manager**:
- Formulating and executing targeted marketing strategies for the assigned portfolio of international events
- Forging mutually beneficial marketing partnerships with associations and publications
- Utilitising a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, SEO and PPC
- Nurturing customers up the advocacy ladder by engaging them with tailored marketing copy
- Preparing all promotional copy and collateral
- Establishing close working relationships with our exhibitor clients
- Establishing effective working relationships with speakers and sponsors to gain their buy in to promote our events through podcasts, webinars and webcasts
To be considered **you must have**:
- Educated to degree level - ideally within marketing or communications
- 2+ years' marketing experience, ideally gained within B2B publishing, conferences, events, exhibitions or a membership organisation
- Experience with digital marketing (SEO & SEM, social media etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills

- Basic salary - £30,000 - £38,000
- Performance based bonus
- Hybrid working
The location for the **Marketing Manager -**
The Marketing Manager will be based from the London office with a flexible working from home policy.
