My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy company in the world. They are currently looking for an Administrator on a 6-month contract based from home with three days per week requirement in the Churchoveroffice.
**Job Purpose**:
To provide support to the zone by implementing and maintaining comprehensive, effective administrative and information systems which meet the team/business-specific requirements
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage, report and coordinate technical and financial records.
- Provide a first line response for team communications and ensure that all requests, orders, invoices are progressed in a timely manner, complying with all procedural requirements and internal audit regulations.
- Manage and co-ordinate team diaries and schedules and that the itinerary is always clearly communicated to all relevant parties.
- Organize various meetings, briefings and events as required.
- Collate and prepare letters and reports for internal or external publication.
- Provide a minute taking and distribution service for key meetings as required and coordinate the flow of information, communication and knowledge between the business area and its partner organizations. Ensure that access to up to date information is availableat all times and bring any significant issues to the attention of the management team as appropriate.
- Provide inductions to new starters and manage changes within the team.
- Monitor the department supplies and ordering and restocking as and when required.

**Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How**:

- Proven computer literacy with the ability to use word processing packages (ideally Word) to advanced standard.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, an excellent team worker with strong communication skills, customer focus and who demonstrates the ability to work accurately within deadlines and act on their own initiative
- Ability to present information in a professional and clear manner without error
- Extremely well organised and able to manage pressure, delivering high quality work in a timely manner
- Professional and assertive
