This is your opportunity to shape a new role at AQA focusing on the Exams Officer experience and key customer engagement. You will be accountable for working with Exams Officers across the UK, building and supporting a remote team who will go out and engage and listen to Education Centres, Schools, Regulatory bodies and Associations across the country and be the represented voice of the Exams Officer within AQA.

You and your new team of Exams Support Officers will identify opportunities and develop the emerging Exam Officers engagement strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Delivery in our Customer and Product division, you will be working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure we stay close to our customers. In particular our Sales and Account Management teams to identify key strategic touch points enabling positive relationships leading to AQA advocacy from the Exams Officer community and our Communications teams to ensure our messages are clearly aligned.

You will be part of the team that drives customer engagement and succession differentiating us as the Exam Board of choice for our customers.

You will be key in implementing the change management programme required to develop and deliver the exams officer strategy and training and education programmes, ensuring consistency in processes and training so that Exams Officers supporting AQA qualifications receive a high-quality experience, are retained within their centre and become advocates for AQA.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Knowledge of working with Education centres delivering general qualification exams series. (e.g. high schools, regulators or awarding organisations).
- Demonstrable experience of supporting and engaging with a high performing remote team.
- Confidently influence and communicate at all levels including C-Suite and through different medians such as face to face, Teams, delivering Webinars and chairing focus groups and networking events.
- Understand, utilise and deliver through Management Information (MI).
- Be committed to putting customers at the heart of your thinking and decision making - A customer front and centre mindset is essential.
- Deliver a balance of short-term improvements and medium to long term differentiation.
- Demonstrable experience of developing, implementing and embedding change on a large scale.
