If so, the role of Purchase Ledger Assistant within the Finance team could be just for you. This is FTC maternity cover for 12 months.
Curo, a leading housing association based in Bath, is seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Purchase Ledger Assistant.
**What you'll be doing**
Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our supplier invoices.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process invoices and credit card payments, as well as allocating payments
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Monitor and alter recording of credit notes log
- Query resolution and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.
- Respond to internal and external queries and devise resolution to any issues
- Post accruals
- Request missing invoices.
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

**More about you**
The successful Purchase Ledger Assistant will be:
- Experienced, working in an end-to-end purchase ledger/accounts payable role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A background of working with high volumes of transactions
- Team player but also able to work autonomously.
- Good IT skills; MS Office inc Excel
