We are a an officially recognised "Great Place to Work" and we are recruiting for an experienced Ledger Clerk to join our small and friendly team in our stylish Bath Head offices.

**Key Tasks will be**:

- To effectively manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of debt.
- Reconciling customer accounts.
- Allocating payments to relevant accounts.
- Resolving invoice and delivery queries.
- Obtain proof of delivery and providing copy documents
- Effective use of SAP
- Place customer accounts on stop, and releasing orders where appropriate.
- Provide administration for customer accounts.
- Highlight and investigate any exceptions and variances.
- We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year Sales Ledger experience,strong IT skills, and good communication skills.

**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary £27,659.93 per year plus annual review.
