This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves a challenge and can work well under pressure, the role has such a variety to it that will keep you busy every single day

**The main responsibilities of the role are**:

- **Finance and Book-Keeping including**, Raising and recording sales invoices,Recording cash receipts,Credit control, Processing purchase invoices and making payments,Reconciliation of supplier statements,Preparing weekly bank reconciliations plus much more
- **Delivery support including**, Providing support and assistance in the administration of projects,Communicating and liaising with businesses, schools, community, and public sector partners,Creating one-page summaries, resources, paperwork, and briefing packs for projects,Editing and uploading digital/recorded resources and maintaining register of usage plus much more
- **Reporting including**, Working with other team members to create accurate reports for clients,Formatting reports, proposals and presentations in Canva and PowerPoint
- **General office support including**, Answering the phone; taking messages, transferring calls and supplying information as appropriate,Supporting with ensuring a tidy and safe office environment, including supporting the Operations Manager with Health and Safety compliance,General support to ensure smooth running of the office - e.g. managing the mail, etc

**Experience required for the role**:

- Experience of book-keeping and/or other financial tasks. This could be in any environment and may include work experience, voluntary roles, or clubs
- Have a positive 'can do’ attitude and be able to use your own initiative
- Experience of undertaking administrative tasks in any capacity. This could be in any environment and may include work experience, voluntary roles, or clubs, e.g. events organising, financial planning, etc
- Ideally experience of regularly answering the phone in a business setting and managing queries over the phone. This could be in any environment.
- Be highly organised
- Take a proactive approach to solving problems and developing solutions
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills
- Be a positive team player who can work both in a team, and independently
- Be a strong communicator and able to adapt your communication style
- Take responsibility for your own professional development and drive this forward
