**Sales Support**

**£10.25 + holiday pay (Salary equivalent - £20K)**

**Cinderford**

A key client who provides specialist software has a Sales Support vacancy available on a temp to perm basis.

As part of the Sales Support team, you will be part of an established and forward-thinking group, that ensures the completion of tasks meets business targets. You will be interacting with clients daily, helping with their enquiries, and providing an outstandinglevel of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- On-board new customers
- Manage and complete the new start data process in a timely and accurate manner
- Qualify incoming new business opportunities, distributing to the BDEs
- Proactively increase the number of new weekly trading cost centres by identifying opportunities
- Process all referral requests
- Support the debt purchase process when required
- Update and maintain the department's documentation and database
- Outbound sales qualification calls from a data list provided
- Stay up to date with all developments in sales techniques and market/industry trends
- Admin tasks such as ordering stationary and taking control of the holiday log

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Administration experience / Sales experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- Strong work ethic, work well under pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
