We are a fine food and beverage distributor looking for a B2B Telesales & Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.
**The Role**:
The role will include (in addition to general administrative duties) speaking with new and existing Delicatessen, Foodhall, Garden Centre, and Farm Shop customers providing the highest level of customer service.
**General Duties**:
- Telephoning businesses and providing information on the products and services we offer
- Update customer contact information into CRM and other back office systems.
- Answer and screen incoming calls
- Follow-up on appointments, brochures sent or trade show leads
**Sales Support**:
- Make up and send out brochures/information
- Update information (including pricing and images) on company websites and ecommerce platforms.
- General Filing
- Limited Travel and accommodation booking (for trade shows)
- Previous experience working in a business to business environment with a passion for fine food.
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Have a good level of computer literacy
- Good work ethics, adaptable and willing to assist colleagues.
Full training provided.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
