Hotel Reservationist

**Now recruiting for a Reservationist - In Bath**

**Salary £25,450+ service ( £2,000-3,000)**

You will be part of a zesty team of roughly 40 individuals who are passionate about our 31 bedroom hotel with incredible spa and dining space. You will be responsible for 2 property's, within your first 3 months you will be within the office at the Hotel but will turn to hybrid 3/4 day working from home.

The role:

- Working five days from 7 on a rota basis. There will be the opportunity for hybrid working following the successful completion of a probationary period
- Be our ‘go to’ person on room, dining and spa bookings for the Hotels.
- Ensure you are prepared to provide the very best of guest service with faultless hotel knowledge and a keen sense of organisation
- Show excellent communication as you work closely with all hotel teams and their managers to maximise the guest experience
- Work as part of a small reservations team to provide a seamless reservations service across 7 days of the week
- Take guidance from our General Managers and Senior Team on how we can maximise revenue through upselling, upgrading and sharing our latest offers
- Offer support to the hotel teams with your working knowledge of systems including Opera, Resdiary, Premier Spa and Guest Folio

**Requirements**:

- Must have pervious experience as a Receptionist or Reservations in Hotels
- Must be able to commute - driving
- Must have the working rights for the UK
