As Reservationist - Maternity Cover, what you'll be doingIn this fixed term contract, Kaleidoscope Hotels position you will be based at Homewood working five days per week which which includes week days and weekends on a rota basis. Be our 'go to' person on room, dining and spa bookings for 3 of our fantastic Kaleidoscope propertiesEnsure you are prepared to provide the very best of guest service with faultless hotel knowledge and a keen sense of organisationShow excellent communication as you work closely with all hotel teams and their managers to maximise the guest experienceWork as part of a small reservations team to provide a seamless reservations service across 7 days of the weekTake guidance from our General Managers and Senior Team on how we can maximise revenue through upselling, upgrading and sharing our latest offersOffer support to the hotel teams with your working knowledge of systems including Opera, Resdiary, Premier Spa and Guest Folio What happens next with your Reservationist - Maternity Cover application?
