We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team

As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise all operational activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and maximise profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
- Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall business performance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in complex customer focused product area such automotive, manufacturing or similar industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in managing operations effectively and achieving targets
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
