**Senior Structural Engineer -**required for our rapidly expanding client to work across the North East based from home.The Structural Engineer will be working for a company that operate across the UK specialising in Structural Inspectionssupported with a Structural Design team.

The Structural Engineer will be field based providing Structural design for all types of building structures using new digital technology on a range of Residential, Commercial and Historic Buildings. This opportunity will suit a Structural Engineer who iscomfortable working from home full time that has a passion and drive for Structural Engineering and new technologies. The company will fully support the Engineer to become chartered and progress their career as the company grows.

**Senior Structural EngineerPosition Overview**
- Structural design for all types of building structures, under the supervision of a Senior Structural engineer
- Preparation of associated AutoCad structural drawings
- Providing support to the Senior Structural engineers
- Assistance with site inspections
- Developing new ideas
- Using the latest software's

**Senior Structural EngineerPosition Requirements**
- 2.1 or higher degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering
- 5+ years post graduate design experience
- Proficiency in IT systems (essential)
- A general understanding of building structures and materials including steel, masonry, concrete and timber
- Industry standard structural design software such as TEDDS
- Proficient in the use of AutoCad
- Passionate about new technologies and progressive change
- Car owner and UK driving licence
