We are currently recruiting for a temporary Fellows’ Secretary for a centrally based Oxford University Department, starting asap on a full-time basis for 12 weeks.

**Duties**:

- Support to the Academic Secretary (a Fellow) and College Secretary as required for the Post-Doctoral Research and Senior Research Fellowships competitions.
- Preparation of lecture publicity material as required for College or Fellow-sponsored events;
- Administrative support, as required, to Fellows organizing special seminars and conferences, to the Sub-Warden for all aspects of the Neill Committee and other organisers of Neill-funded or other special College events, such as concerts, chapel services, funerals and memorial services, Open Doors events etc.
- Support and assistance as required to the Domestic Bursar and to the College and Bursars’ Secretaries on other administrative tasks
