**Responsibilities**:
**Generating Sales Reports**:

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports by analysing vital metrics and performance indicators, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Utilise data analytics tools to uncover growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.

**Handling Customer Inquiries**:

- Prioritise delivering exceptional in-person customer service to bolster satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.
- Engage with customers at designated locations across Manchester, addressing inquiries and nurturing rapport.

**Creating Client Brand Awareness**:

- Devise and execute strategic brand awareness campaigns tailored to specific target audiences, maximising engagement and outreach.

**Contributing to Team Meetings**:

- Provide valuable insights and updates during team meetings to promote collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore innovative problem-solving approaches.

**Developing Innovative Training Programmes**:

- Design and implement interactive training initiatives to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.

**Attending Client Meetings and Conferences**:

- Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings, offering insights and solutions to meet client objectives.
- Participate in business development conferences across Manchester to explore new opportunities and foster strategic partnerships.

**Building and Sustaining Customer Relationships**:

- Foster enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact for their needs and feedback.

**Demonstrating Profound Product Knowledge**:

- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our brand identity, products, and services, effectively conveying their value propositions to customers.

**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
