**Time to upskill, reskill and develop new skills for our amazing teams and clients.**

You will work closely with managers and senior management to develop the digital literacy of the team, clients/services and influence digital transformation within the organisation.

**Your Job**:

- To provide a comprehensive digital training and support service to clients and staff
- To develop and deliver individual bespoke courses in response to need, working with teams across the business.
- To work closely with managers and senior management to develop the digital literacy of clients/services and influence digital transformation
- To organise training for individuals and groups, through facilitation and upskilling of staff and volunteers.
- Develop appropriate partnerships to support the development of digital awareness, literacy, and information.
- Research, develop and update training courses/resources reflecting the needs of individuals, groups, and the organisation.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years recent (ie within the last 5 years) experience of developing and delivery of training material.
- Strong understanding of digital services, programmes, and digital literacy
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills relevant to the role of a Digital Training Consultant.
- GCSE Maths and English (or Equivalent)
- Hold a current driving license and access to a car is essential as this role may require the post holder to travel throughout NI Ireland on occasion.

**Desirable**

AET (Award of Education and Training) or PTLLS level 3 or above.

**The Contract details**:
Fixed term contract to 31st March 2024

**Salary**: £14,937.71 (£25,462 pro-rated)

Start date - ASAP

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£25,462.00 per year
