**We have a fantastic opportunity for a Search Executive to join our Hill’s EMEA regional Online Acceleration Center to focus on managing and optimizing our search campaigns with our agency partners. Predominantly working within the Google ecosystem, the executives task is to ensure more qualified and targeted traffic via search in order for us to achieve our wider business goals.**

**The job**:
Search covers a multitude of areas, from traditional SEA & SEO, to now encapsulating Retailer Search, A.I. + many more forms. Therefore having a Unified Search approach is critical to our success within our chosen partners. Being at the cutting edge of an ever evolving landscape and driving force behind our EMEA search strategy is at the heart of what the Search Executive will do:

- **
Implementing the Unified Search Strategy**
- Create and execute paid campaigns with external agencies, inc KW research, ad copy approval, campaign set up and ensuring campaigns are delivering against core business priorities.
- Providing insights to help define priorities for SEO strategy -, working in partnership with external agencies & internal content team.
- Supporting the regional team when building content for new product launches, to optimize the content for SEO.
- Build and elevate Search capabilities via regular update and best practices sharing with key stakeholders (Regional Marketing, Global, Countries) as well as through Search Trainings and GA skills integration.
- Work closely with EMEA markets to ensure feedback is provided and that the central search team is providing the right support and answering all country needs.

Reporting & Insights**
- Monitor and understand organic traffic trends for Hill’s as well as our competitors.
- Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns alongside our external agency team - inc testing of new features and bi weekly reviews of ad account statuses (budgets, pacing, ad copy etc).
- Support on QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
- Ad hoc reporting as and when required by markets & regional team.
- Providing broader industry insights for external customer meetings and budget reviews.

Provide wilder market support**
- Provide strategic guidelines to local eCom teams to adopt a complementary approach to Paid Search at e-Tailers level in order to maximize SEA impact and ROI.
- Contributing to the REO via constant keywords sharing.
- Work closely with cross functional teams within the regional team, to ensure all search activity is aligned with ouu overall marketing strategy & core business focuses.

- You’re starting out in your career and have big ambitions to do great things
- A search enthusiast with minimum of one years experience working either at an agency or brand specializing in search activation
- Preferable to have exposure to both SEA & SEO activation - but critical to have executed across one of these channels
- Must have experience of Google suite - inc Google Ads, SA 360, Google Analytics, KW Planner &bSearch Console
- Bonus to have experience using insight platforms such as BrightEdge, Similarweb and SEMrush
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decision
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and with a high standard of quality.
