As we continue to grow, we are looking for a visionary Managing Director to join our team and partner with our Founder to lead the brand into its next phase of success.


This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, creative marketer with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building and nurturing teams. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of the brand, driving business growth, and developing a high-performance culture that thrives on innovation and empowerment.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Lead and inspire a high-performing, dynamic team, fostering a culture of openness, where feedback is embraced, and failure is seen as an opportunity to learn and grow
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies that align with brand goals and ambitions, including market expansion and customer engagement
  • Set KPIs and drive commercial results, ensuring that all efforts across the business are focused on achieving measurable outcomes
  • Own the P&L, ensuring robust financial management, forecasting, and reporting to meet growth targets
  • Build and enhance business processes that ensure operational efficiency and scalability, including the integration of tools and systems that drive productivity
  • Oversee and refine business objectives, ensuring alignment across all departments while maintaining focus on growth, brand identity, and customer experience
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies, both paid and organic, to increase brand visibility, customer loyalty, and market share
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture, where the team feels empowered to take risks, innovate, and continuously improve



What we’re looking for:


  • Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams, particularly within eCommerce or fashion retail
  • A strong track record of business growth, with experience in strategy leadership, setting objectives, and driving key performance metrics
  • Commercial expertise with a deep understanding of financial management, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ability to create and implement business processes, using technology and tools to drive efficiency and integration across the business
  • A passion for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and openness, with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback
  • Creativity in marketing, with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience while driving commercial outcomes
