We are looking for an experienced administrator who is looking to learn and grow their knowledge within an officer role.

The Harrogate Town Family Assessment & Support Teamwork with children, young people and their families who are Children in Need and Child Protection within the central Harrogate area. Part of their responsibilities is to plan and attend meetings to review current or potential risks to children and supporting this vital service is where you come in.

You will be a highly motivated administrator with great communication skills, as a key part of this role is liaising with other agencies. You will deal with sensitive highly confidential information, both written and verbal, and will liaise with members of the public and professionals. You will be working to strict legislative deadlines, so it is important you are highly organised and proactive. The day-to-day core focus is providing direct support to the social work team, and you will require excellent ICT skills and experience of using Microsoft packages.

This role also includes regular coordination of multi-agency meetings and producing high quality minutes in a timely manner, including taking minutes in a 'live' format and when required, you will be expected to support meetings at other locations therefore previous minuting experience is desirable.

Due to the sensitive nature of the role, you will need to observe a high level of confidentiality and comply with GDPR at all times.
