**Main Job Purpose**:

- Produce new sales quotations and renewal quotations for clients as part of an account management team. You must be comfortable analysing figures.
- Assist with sourcing and procurement of products and services
- To assist the account management team with managing our relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction remains high through escalation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce quotations and proposals for clients and new business opportunities as required by the account managers
- Assist in generating new business and following up leads for new customers and clients generated through marketing
- Updating Companies, Contacts and Opportunity records in Connectwise Manage with relevant information
- Working as part of the internal commercial team you will help source and procure products and services
- Maintain knowledge of Computeam’s current solutions - products and services.
- Work cross department to provide client facing reports and responses on escalations for the account manager
- Liaise with key vendors to register larger opportunities.
- Participate in regular one to one meetings with managers.
- Contribute to and pursue personal development plans with managers.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
