We are a friendly and supportive team who are looking for a highly motivated and efficient System Administrator to join us in the E-Rostering Team at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful applicant will play a key role in the delivery of the E-Rostering workplan and must have an understanding of staffing issues that affect complex teams and the intricacies of planning shift work.

Previous use of the Allocate HealthRoster system is desirable as is experience of maintaining the background of the systems but training will be provided.

The post is full time but we would consider a minimum of 30 hours per week.

You will have the ability to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships, and effectively communicate with people across a wide range of professional groups. You will be passionate about safe staffing in the NHS and be an advocate for the E-Rostering systems, positively promoting its use throughout the organisation.

Duties will be primarily at Cambridge and Peterborough but you will be required to work flexibly across all Trust sites.

- To develop a thorough understanding of Trust policies and procedures that relate to E-Rostering
- To follow the E-Rostering Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to the development of new SOP's as required
- To provide general administrative support to the E-Rostering service
- Promote the E-Rostering system, being a champion of the software to encourage best practice with users
