- Supervise drinks service
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Implement bar policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory including stock rotation and control
- Train and mentor staff on beverage preparation, service techniques, and customer interaction
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food and beverage service
- Plan and execute special events or promotions to drive business

Cocktail experience would be a great advantage

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
