**Regional Performance Lead - Moffat - £51,500 to £64,000 + Company Car**:

As the Regional Planning & Performance Lead, you be accountable for key performance data from various sources including work management systems, financial management systems, commercial insight systems (inc Tableau and Microsoft Business Intelligence BI) identifying data errors and working with relevant teams to correct them.

You will lead a small team of planners and technical administrators providing them with direction, driving great performance and supporting their development

You will be the financial lead for the region, accountable for accurate forecasting and reporting of all OPEX including NRM and CAPEX self-delivery work. You will identify and own areas for improvement and work closely with operational teams to drive the action required to realise these improvements.

As a change management champion, you will promote the identification of opportunities for excellence and growth as well as inspiring and engaging others in process-led-activities, new ways of matrix working, collaboration, innovation, and performance to enhance value and commitment.

You will ensure that appropriate communication is established with relevant regulators ensuring that operations remain compliant with the relevant legislation and regulatory requirements providing a trusted operator assurance, including the management of all 'site occupier' duties to the relevant standards.

To be successful in the role you will need to gain knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation, policies, procedures company standards and instructions. You will be skilled in financial management with knowledge of 'lean' business practices and agile methodology.

You will need to have excellent computer skills with ability to build and present information in an engaging and understandable way for the senior leadership team to make informed decisions and run the business. Ability to build Power BI dashboards will be beneficial.
