**About the role**:
The Cope & Recovery team provide enhanced advocacy support to victims of crime residing in South Yorkshire. The Children & Young person specialist will be required to provide home visits and be a single point of contact for victims working in a multi-agency support environment.
This role requires applicants who have experience in identifying risk and protective factors in the assessment of the needs of children and young people and providing creative and innovative interventions to support their needs. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt style and approach to engage with children and young people in an age appropriate manner. You must also have the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands.
