**About the role**:
This role is home based covering West Yorkshire. As a Triage and Early Intervention Officer you will be:

- providing information concerning the Governments new Immediate Justice Service.
- making initial contact with service users on a daily basis. identifying any immediate concerns.
- working with other agencies regarding reparation and restorative work carried out once completed.
- gathering feedback form service users.

You will need:

- Experience of working with victims of ASB or vulnerable people
- Knowledge of risk accessing and identifying the needs of service users
- Have competent IT skills and experience of working on casework management systems
- To be able to prioritise work and deal with competing demands in a busy environment
- Be flexible to meet the needs of the service
